Carrie Prejean Nearly Walks Out On Larry King

Check out Carrie Prejean’s bizarre behavior on Larry King Live:

I’ve never thought of Larry King as a tough interviewer.  And his question to Prejean seemed reasonable to me.  He was not asking her to disclose details of the settlement.  Instead, he wanted her to explain why she settled.  Instead of answering the question, she seemed to assert that her reasons for settling were part of the confidentiality agreement.  That doesn’t make much sense, but I’m not too familiar with legal settlements.  She repeatedly accused King of being “inappropriate.”

I’ll bet Larry King hasn’t been “inappropriate” with an attractive woman since World War II.

Anyway, you might wonder what King was getting at.  It’s become known in the last several days that Prejean’s settlement was triggered by a hardcore sex tape.  Starring Carrie Prejean.

Prejean considers herself a victim of unfair media attacks.  In fact, she’s a victim of her own stupid choices coming back to haunt her.  (Just like all the rest of us, to one degree or another.)

My advice: if you film yourself having sex, and lose track of the tape, keep a low profile for the rest of your life.  Or, at least do not set yourself up as a model of wholesome values.
